Get help with receipt creation, thermal printer connections, barcode products and Premium purchases.

Printer connection

Make sure your printer is powered on and ready to pair. Compatibility depends on the model, connection method and ESC/POS or CPCL support.

Choose 58 mm or 80 mm, review the receipt preview, then print through a supported Bluetooth or Wi-Fi/LAN connection.

Use “Restore purchases” with the same App Store or Google Play account. A cancelled subscription ends after the current billing period.

To help us investigate, include the printer brand/model, connection type, device platform and Print Fast version in your message.
